first comment

Got my first comment on blog today. Well chuffed.  Gave me inspiration to keep typing knowing someone is reading. Well still off the gambling. Had a few urges but managed to refrain.  At the end of the month I'm treating myself to a take away meal.  Small incentive but its my driving force right now.

Not been on in a few weeks

Decided to switch my computer off for a few weeks.  Get away from the online world for a while, esp them peskie casinos.  Just a wee quick note to say I have not gambled one :).  Get paid again in just over a week. Another chunk towards my debt off my wages.  Its gonna be a long road ahead.

Never had time today to get on and update my website and forum. I guess nobody is going to join a site with little content. Unfortunately have had to deal with a leaking roof.  Never handy when you are broke :(  Hope it doesn`t rain tonight or I will be sleeping with the fishes !

No gambles in a week now. Proud !

Website and Forum

Well Started today off with an idea.  Trying to set up a website and forum to see if I can gather any interest. Looking at making a forum for people with gambling problems, current, recovering or recovered gamblers to come along and create a support community.  Going to take a bit of work to set it up and having to look at free options.  Unsure if any success will come of it in time, however if I can help myself and others can help others, I think I might be onto something here. Obviously only set these up today and changes will be made as they days go by.  However need to start somewhere.  Another day free of gambling for me today. Not a single bet since starting my blog.
